Your initial payment will be due prior to the installation of your fence. This will include any installation fees, a two month deposit, and the first monthly rental payment. Payment will be required before any install is begun. Once installed, we will email a contract with payment instructions to the email provided when you requested your fence. Your install date will be the due date for future payments.
We do not send monthly statements so after your initial payment, it will be your responsibility to ensure that you are conscious of your due date and that your payment arrives on time.

PAYMENT METHODS:
ONLINE BILL PAY
This is the preferred method of payment since it provides an option for your bank to send us your payment automatically at the same time each month which can help avoid gate removals and additional fees that will apply when your account is past due.
You will need to go to your banks website, log into your account online, find the option usually labeled BILL PAY and follow the instructions from there to set up payment. Using this option, your bank will mail us the payment from your account at the designated time.
This is not a transfer. You should not need any account numbers or other information from us for this method. You will need to have the payment sent to the above name and address and aside from that information, you should only need to know your due date and rental payment amount. Please check with your bank for further assistance.
PAY THROUGH MAIL
You may send a check to the above address. Please be sure to send it early enough that we receive it by your due date.
- Please ensure your correct address on LRAFB is noted on your payment.
Be aware that there will be a $20 fee for all returned checks. If this occurs, your gate will be removed immediately until the matter is resolved. In the event that this occurs more than once, your account will no longer be payable by personal check.
Collections:
Effective immediately, anyone that is past due more than 45 days will be given a warning email. Failure to pay by 60 days past due will have the fence removed. This is stated in the contract.
Should you have to be warned three times due to your account being past due, after the third warning, we will cancel the contract and remove the fence.
